Simeen-e-Behbahani (20-06-1927____19-08-2014Ad) represents modern tends of Persian prose and poetry. She was great Ghazal-Poet in the latest Persain-literture. She was not Neemai-Ghazal according to her as Dr. Haqshnas siad. In her Ghazal she Seems near and dear to Hifz (1390Ad) and her contemparay M.H. Shehryaar (1988Ad). So she can be said Shehrbanw-e-Sukhan (The queen of modern persain literture) of latest persain Ghazal. She cherishes a style of her own. She seems to be sharing the artistic grandeur of Ghalib (1869Ad) and Iqbal (1938Ad) as she doesn`t believed in literary cosmetical superficiality of thought and craft.
