ہدایات سے ہٹ کر بھیجا گیا کوئی بھی مقالہ اشاعت کے لیے ناقابلِ قبول ہوگا۔مقالہ نگاروں کی ذاتی آراء اور بیانات و نتائج سے ’’ادراک‘‘ کی مجلسِ ادارت کا متفق ہونا ضروری نہیں۔

1۔ ادراک' اُردو زبان و ادب کا تحقیقی مجلہ ہے سو اس میں شائع ہونے کے لیے بھیجا جانے والا مقالہ بنیادی مضمون (اُردو(سے متعلق ہی کسی موضوع پر ہوناچاہیے۔علاوہ ازیں مضمون کی نوعیت بھی خالصتاً تحقیقی (کیفیتی یا کمیتی)ہو۔

      IDRAK' is a journal of Urdu language and literature, so the research paper to be submitted must be on a subject related to Urdu. In addition, the nature of the article should be purely research (qualitative or quantitative)

2۔ مقالہ ایم ایس ورڈ  (MS Word) فارمیٹ میں کمپوزڈ شکل میں ہونا چاہیے،ایم ایس ورڈ میں  اس کا فونٹ نیم'ابجد ہوز'(jameel noori nastaleeq)ہو، اورفونٹ سائز 12ہو۔ ۔

   The article should be in composed form in both MS Word and Inpage formats. In MS Word format, the font name should be

'jameel noori nastaleeq' and the font size 12.While in Inpage format, the font name should be 'noori nastaleeq' and the fontsize 14.

3۔ مقالہ بھیجنے سے پہلے تصدیق کر لیں کہ  :

·    مقالہ پروف کی اغلاط سے پاک ہو۔

·    مقالہ سرقے سے پاک ہو کیونکہ اشاعت سے پہلے اسے TURNITINسافٹ وئیر میں باقاعدہ چیک کیا جائے گا اور اگر طے شدہ حد19فیصد سے زیادہ سرقہ پایا گیا تو مقالہ ناقابلِ اشاعت ہوگا۔  علاوہ ازیں مقالہ نگار اپنے مقالے کے ساتھ ہی سرقے سے پاک ہونے کا  ایک اقرار نامہ جمع کرانے کا پابند ہوگا جو ڈاؤن لوڈز کے مینیو میں جا کر حاصل کیا جاسکتا ہے۔بہتر ہے کہ مقالہ نگار مقالے کی   TURNITIN رپورٹ بھی خود ہی  مقالے کے ساتھ ارسال کردے۔

·     مزید براں  ادراک' کو مقالہ بھیجنے کے بعد جب تک اس کے قابلِ اشاعت/ناقابلِ اشاعت /کچھ تبدیلیوں کی صورت میں قابلِ اشاعت ہونے کی بابت مجلسِ ادارت کی طرف سے اطلاع موصول نہ ہواُسے کسی اور جگہ اشاعت کے لیے نہ بھیجا جائے۔

Before submitting an article, please assure that:

·         You have properly read the policies of IDRAK regarding different matters.

·         Article is free of proof mistakes.

·         Article is free of plagiarism because it will go through the plagiarism check by TURNITIN software and if the similarity index comes out is more than 19%, article won't get published. Moreover, the author is bound to submit an affidavit of plagiarism free statement that can be downloaded from IDRAK.

After submitting a paper to the IDRAK, don't send it to any other publishing agency until or unless you receive any email from IDRAK about its status like unpublished/ required any changes etc.

4۔ مقالہ نگار کا نام، مقالے کا عنوان ، تلخیص(abstract)اور کلیدی الفاظ(keywords)اُردو اور انگریزی دونوں زبانوں میں دیے جائیں اورمقالے کی تلخیص کم از کم سو الفاظ پر مشتمل ہو۔

The name of author (designation, address), the title of the article, the abstract and the keywords should be given in both Urdu and English. Abstract should consist of 100 words

5۔   مقالے کے آخر میں حوالہ جات ،حواشی اور تعلیقات لازمی دیے جائیں۔

References must be given at the end of the research paper.

6۔ مقالے میں حوالہ جات کے اندراج کا مندرجہ ذیل طریقہ اختیار کیا جائے:

مصنف کا نام، کتاب کا نام ، ادارۂ اشاعت،شہر کا نام ،سنِ اشاعت، صفحہ نمبر

مثال: مشتاق احمد یوسفی ،آبِ گم، مکتبہ دانیال،لاہور ، ۲۰۰۴ء، ص۔۔
