Allama Iqbal is one of those philosphers who are aware of the value of time and space. He has emphasized on the preciousness of time. He has addressed its importance in his poetry and his english addresses known as 'Reconstruction of religious thought in Islam'. He was fond of Henry Bergasan but as well muslim scholars like Imam Shafi. His art in addressing the time in poetry is unique and easy to understand but in his 'Reconstruction' is difficult to understand. The concept of time and space as discussed by Allama Iqbal is not only a philosphical thought but it has a deep meaning as Iqbal has connected it with science and religion. His approach is practical and thats why he has linked it with his famous concept of 'Khudi'. In this article, the author has elaborated this concept with the help of Iqbal's poetry and english lectures also.
