It is a fact that different languages influence each other due to the similarities prevailing among the civilizations of the communities using these languages. The bilateral travelling of words from one language to another keeps going on under such kinds of influences. Urdu and Turkish languages have also such type of relations through which there are thousands of common words being used in both the languages. In this article, the author has brought forward a research based study of such common linguistic heritage of urdu and turkish.
