Aslam Ansari is a prominent contemporary Urdu poet. Beside a poet, he is also considered an important Iqbal Shanaas, researcher and critic. He has not only shown creative excellence in Urdu but has also written excellent poetry in Persian, English and  Saraiki. His poetry rotates around the romantic sentiments, expression of personal and collective truths, lamentaion of modern turmoil, philosophy of the universe and life, defeat of human and moral values in modern time, patriotism and values of the past. The expression of love is found again and again not only in Aslam Ansari’s poetry but also in his prose writings. For him, love is the best and highest activity of life after worship. In this article, the cirles and dimension of his love have been found through his poems.
