Knowledge of Badi in Urdu literature has been the essential part of its tradition since very beginning. Right from the Deccan Era to the present age every poet has been involved in its usage. Many religious scholars expressed their intuitive experiences or feelings in Urdu poetry. These religious scholars in accordance with the eastern poetical traditions, impacts of time and poetical needs used this knowledge to make their artistic and creative impulses with aesthetic taste more impressive. They, certainly, contributed a lot in the progress and evolution of the knowledge Badi. In this article Urdu poetry of these religious scholars exploiting their expertise of the knowledge Badi has been studied and analyzed
