Muhammad Kazim was born on August 4, in a Syed family in Ahmadpur Sharqiya Tehsil of the former state of Bahawalpur. Muhammad Kazim started his career as a Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) in Bahawalpur after showing the essence of his ability in the field of education.
