Abstract
Wajid Ali Shah gained extraordinary fame due to the arts in India. His travelogue is actually the story of Wajid Ali Shah's own life. In which he described his internal observations and did not ignore externalism. Although the king wrote this autobiography in this book, all the events and circumstances of life have been described. He has also presented his observations in poetry along with his internal expression in his travelogue. He has seen the feelings and problems of those traveling with him very deeply and closely. When the easy-seeking and luxurious king had to go through the difficult path of traveling like a common man, the sensitive king woke up, and he recorded all those conditions in the form of an incident. Wajid Ali Shah had the power of language and speech, and his poetry was fluent. Masnavi Hazan Akhtar used polite and clear language. He has described various events with extraordinary force in Masnavi. The journey to Calcutta strengthened the tradition of manzum travelogue; it starts with the poems of Masnavi Hamd, and the next article starts with Saqi Nama. This masnavi ends with prayers.
