Pyam-e-Mashriq is a literary collection of Iqbal in Persian. Allama wrote it as a response to Goethe's collection ‘West Ostilcher Diwan’. Goethe in this work appreciated Eastern spiritualism as well as ideals. Allama Iqbal on the other hand wrote about those Western philosophers and intellectuals who were great humanitarians (humanists)and who rendered their services for the welfare of the people of their age.He showed great respect for Einstine and appreciated him in great words. In this Article Iqbal's poem Hakeem Einstion is analyzed.
