Abstract

As a crtic term in urdu literature, modernism was introduced in the sixth decade of 20th century. But as a trend it may be explored even in the era of Sir Syad. In this article, the authors have brought forward a critical and analytical study regarding the discussions of modernism in the light of the thoughts of distinguished and reknowned critics of urdu literature
