Abstract

In the religious Urdu poetry, the significance of Naat & Hamd cannot be neglected; Mehboob Elahi Ata is a tremendous poet of the fertile land of Hazara who have specially selected Islamic ideology in his published seven books. He has particularly gives attention on Naat and Hamd. His versatile artistic work regarding Hamd is able to be reviewed and re-examined. In this article the authors have strived to explore the different dimensions of the topics in Ata's Hamdia-Rubaeeyat by utilizing the various tools of criticism and research.
